2️⃣ Quotes —

I.

“The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow“

- Unknown

What does this quote mean for hybrid athletes like us? It means that the pain and discomfort that we feel today are temporary, but the strength and resilience that we gain from pushing through that pain will last far longer. It means that every time we choose to keep going, even when our bodies and minds are telling us to stop, we are building the mental and physical fortitude that will help us succeed not just today, but in the long run.

I know that it's not easy to push through the pain. It can be difficult to stay motivated when you're tired, sore, or feeling defeated. But when we remind ourselves that every moment of discomfort is an opportunity to grow stronger and more resilient, it can help us find the strength to keep going.

So, my challenge to you today is this: the next time you feel the pain of training or competition, I want you to embrace it. I want you to see it as an opportunity to build your strength, your endurance, and your mental toughness. Remember that the pain you feel today is the strength you will feel tomorrow. And with that strength, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

II.

"The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory."

- Les Brown

My fellow hybrid athletes, let me tell you what this quote means to us. It means that every challenge we face, every obstacle we overcome, makes the victory at the end that much sweeter. It means that every time we push ourselves to the limit, we are building a stronger, more resilient version of ourselves that can overcome any hurdle.

The journey to greatness is not an easy one. It's a path that's paved with struggles, setbacks, and moments of doubt. But it's also a journey that's filled with the potential for greatness, for achieving our dreams and reaching our full potential.

When we remind ourselves of the meaning behind this quote, we find the motivation to keep going. We find the strength to overcome the obstacles that stand in our way. We find the courage to face our fears and rise above them.

Yes, the journey may be difficult, but the reward at the end will be worth it. The satisfaction of achieving our goals, of pushing ourselves to our limits, of overcoming the odds - that feeling is indescribable. It's a feeling of pure joy, of pure triumph, of pure accomplishment.

Let's embrace the struggles.
Let's embrace the obstacles.
Let's push ourselves to our limits and beyond.

Because when we finally achieve our goals, we'll know that we've earned it. We'll know that we've become stronger, more resilient versions of ourselves. And we'll know that the journey was worth every moment of struggle, every moment of pain, every moment of doubt.

1️⃣ Question —

"What would you do if you weren't afraid?”

I would love to hear your thoughts, feel free to share them in the comments section
